1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phjoy222 ("phjoy222", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the phjoy222 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the phjoy222 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

phjoy222 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the phjoy222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using phjoy222.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phjoy222, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phjoy222 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

phjoy222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Accepted documents include government-issued Philippine identification cards, passports, and utility bills issued within the last three months.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the phjoy222 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoy222 account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your email address, contact number, and payment information, remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phjoy222 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 15 of these Terms. phjoy222 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

phjoy222 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phjoy222 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phjoy222 does not apply currency conversion charges. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phjoy222 account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• phjoy222 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• phjoy222 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of phjoy222's anti-money laundering procedures.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to three (3) business days.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, phjoy222 may require full identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and review.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phjoy222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit matches, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• All bonus amounts are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• phjoy222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the phjoy222 Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the phjoy222 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on phjoy222.
• phjoy222 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting event, phjoy222 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a round or event cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bets may be voided and stakes returned at phjoy222's discretion.
• Live in-play betting odds are subject to change in real time. phjoy222 does not guarantee that any displayed odds will remain available for the duration of the bet placement process.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoy222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or the use of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phjoy222 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phjoy222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from phjoy222.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any phjoy222 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without express written authorisation.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoy222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

phjoy222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall phjoy222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoy222 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

phjoy222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phjoy222 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) if you need a short break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phjoy222 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

phjoy222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phjoy222 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

12 Privacy & Data

phjoy222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjoy222 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication options. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and phjoy222 cannot warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to the Platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phjoy222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phjoy222 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phjoy222 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phjoy222's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phjoy222 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
